About me
I was born and raised in Paris, studied in the US and moved to Germany in 2013.
My desire to understand and promote people-centered change led me to work as a consultant for small and medium-sized companies, start-ups and large corporations such as Volkswagen, Fressnapf and John Deere. There, I lead projects for process optimization, team building and reorganization of work.
In addition to my analytical and creative expertise, I bring empathy, originality and interculturalism to my trainings.
