About me

I find working with people extremely exciting. Thanks to my good grasp, I quickly grasp what it takes to achieve goals.
Through my experience as a management consultant, leadership trainer, coach and HR developer, I ensure that we use appropriate concepts, methods and tools – as well as integrate change topics.

I deal with impressive people on a daily basis. Constantly looking at the value in my counterpart opens up a world of potential, solutions and possibilities for me (and others!).
